HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Halloween hasn't been this fun since Middle School!!! I don't know who liked it better: Hadley or US! Here are some pics from the last couple fun-filled days:

Ruby slippers and Daddy's shades...getting some dress-up practice in before the big day.

YAY!!! My dear dear friend, Elizabeth, came up from Mississippi and introduced us to sweet baby Katherine. PRECIOUS!! Hadley pretty much jumped up on her lap while Katherine was nursing. Good to know for when #2 comes along :)

Refusing to let go of Katherine's hand and basically acting like she was brought here for Hadley's own entertainment.

On Friday Hadley wore her bunny costume (minus the floppy ears) to Gymboree for Pumpkin Day.

Teacher's Pet: Hadley raced up front yelling, "PUMPKINS!" when Miss Casey held up the picture.

Planting "pumpkin seeds"

Picking the mature pumpkins that she grew

Parachute Time!

HYSTERICAL moment for the entire class when Hadley discovered that her costume had a tail...

...and for about 5 minutes turned around in circles trying to catch it!

All that tail chasing makes for a tired bunny.

9th Annual Pumpkin Carving with Steph!!
We went with a vampire pumpkin this year and named him R-Patz
(It's a Twilight thing)

"Grrrr!!!!"

And then it was finally Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots of indoor playing with Daddy since the weather was not cooperating early on in the day.

Aron was worried that we wouldn't get many trick-or-treaters, so we spruced up the place a bit. And thanks to that we had no leftover candy...Boo!

Heading out to a little pre Trick-or-Treating party with Had's buddies

Aunt Izzy came with her pink hair to share in the excitement and hand out candy to the early birds while we were out trick-or-treating.

Charles, Elmo, Hadley

The whole crew running around at Emma's house

Mattingly came to greet Hadley on her way up to the door at Olivia's house

"Trick-or-Treat, Papa Joel!!"

Heading up a spooky walkway with her very brave Daddy

Mommy's turn to get in on the action!

Seriously could have done this all night, it was so fun! It's going to be hard the year Hadley doesn't want us to tag along :(

Back home for dinner...which didn't really happen since Hadley insisted on running to the door every time trick-or-treaters showed up (understandably).

A big part of the reason why Hadley didn't fall asleep until 10:30 that night...

...only 364 days left until the next Halloween, Hads. Hang in there!
