More good times with the grandparents

Grammy stayed for the week after Harper's birthday party, which was not only a big help but a lot of fun! Hadley was so excited to show Grammy where Daddy worked so we headed down town to meet him for lunch on Tuesday...Harper even wore shoes for the second time in her life to mark the occasion!

They felt very funny on her feet, but they looked adorable. Hadley was beyond excited that she and her little sister were wearing identical sandals.

On Wednesday, Grammy stayed home with Hadley for another marathon fun fest at the playground while we took Harper to the doctor for her 1 year check up! She did GREAT! She is weighing in at 21 pounds and is 30 inches tall!

All smiles. It's so nice when they don't know that shots are coming!

And so much for that!
She did great though, which is more than I can say about the nurse who came in later and administered the shots. A phone call was made...

On to better things...

So much fun with Grammy!!

Friday morning we said goodbye to Grammy and packed up and drove up to Pennsylvania to see Grandmommy and Granddaddy for a summer send off weekend.

After two table changes, we retreated indoors for lunch where there were no bees.

And then came the rain. Grandmommy kindly lent Hadley a raincoat :)
