It's Time for Gymboree!

On Saturday Aunt Stephie and Katie invited Harper to join them at Gymboree! It's been killing us that Harper hasn't gotten to go yet, seeing as how Hadley started at 9 months, but there hasn't been a time that has ever worked with our busy preschool/camp/travel/napping schedule! Not surprisingly, she absolutely LOVED it and we are so ready to start up in the Fall!

Upon walking in and putting Harper down on the mats she instantly crawled up the nearest slide and over to the bridge.

"Mama, this place is AWESOME, and I've only been here for 1 minute!"

The theme was Tunnels, and Katie was a little hesitant at first. But with a little encouragement from Harper and her Mama, she made it through!

The air log was Hadley's FAVORITE back in the day, so Mommy was very excited to get Harper in on the action. That was before she remembered that Harper hasn't really started playing with any push toys yet. So the first push across the room required some hands-on assistance.

And shockingly that's all it took! She walked the whole way back all by herself!

Granted, not with the steadiest of footing.

BUBBLES!!!

Harper, for the first time ever, came unglued from Mommy and raced around after the bubbles. This was made all the more dramatic when it seemed that every other baby was perfectly happy waiting by their mothers for the bubbles to come to them.

"We're under a parachute!!"

"Katie's totally into this, but I'm outta here!"

After Gymboree we crashed Daddy and Hadley's post-church lunch date to tell them all about our fun morning.
