Making Mommy and Daddy so proud!

Big week for Little H as she went from being an occasional one direction flipper to a full blown rocking and rolling bundle of cuteness! She is sleeping on her tummy now, which makes for super long naps and a very happy Mommy.

After faking a tummy ache and having the school director call me to pick her up early from school, Hadley is back in the swing of things again. It was her first day back at school and she had 2 substitute teachers, so the little devil pulled a fast one on them! On Saturday Hadley had her interview "play date" at Grace Episcopal School and did SO WELL! The Director of Admissions even turned to me and said, "WOW! I'm impressed...I've never had a child her age answer that one correctly!" Mommy was beaming, needless to say.

Hadley also had her 3 year check up this week. She's weighing in at a whopping 28 1/2 pounds and is 36.4 inches tall (23rd percentile and 26th percentile respectively). Such a little peanut! She had her first eye exam and impressed the nurse when she identified the first image as a "sailboat." The nurse said that she's only ever heard just "boat." Had's just wowing everyone this week :) Next up: Had's first trip to the dentist! EEK!

Harper is wearing a new outfit from her Great Aunt Kathy's boutique, Little by Little, that she got for Christmas from Gigi and Papa. It cried out to be topped with a sassy little french beret for notre belle petite fille!

Morning cartoons before school

Second children may get the shaft on a lot of things, but they also get to do a lot of things that the first borns NEVER would have been allowed to do. I don't think Hadley saw a television until she was almost 2!

Daddy disagrees, but I think it time for another haircut!
