A visit from Grammy

This week Grammy came for a visit! Hadley got a little tongue-tied as she tried to distinguish the difference between Grandmommy and Grammy, but she pretty much got it down by the end of the weekend. Grammy's first of many gifts for Hadley was a new purse that came with a Barbie cellphone, sunglasses, and LOTS of bracelets. It was as if Hadley turned into a teenager right before my very eyes.

Checking out the animals at the Natural History Museum

We practically had the whole place to ourselves so Hadley could run back and forth on the television floor without anyone trying to elbow her out of the way for once.

Spikey and Sassy

Looking for some sort of burrowing animal with Grammy

I mean, who WOULDN'T want to come in and play house with her!?

Grandmommy saw how much fun Hadley had with the scarves at Music Together last week so she raided the WAY back of her closet for some of 1980's best. Ouch...not a good decade for fashion. But Hadley loves them!

On Saturday, Aron, Hadley, and Grammy went to the Nats game and enjoyed Aron's company's box seats! Mommy stayed home and got a mani-pedi. It was a win-win for everyone.

Hadley, unlike her Mommy, thoroughly enjoyed watching baseball, and kept yelling out things like, "Running! Hitting! Fast Ball!" and "Baseball!"

Thanks for visiting, Grammy! See you in November!
