The smile is proof that even though Mommy was mean and scheduled Had's 1-year check up on her actual birthday (with 3 SHOTS!), she managed to pull through and put it behind her. I won't make that mistake again though. Mean! She passed with flying colors, despite battling a killer cold at the moment. She weighs 20 lbs, 2 oz (moving her up to the 30th percentile). Dad says he'd be more comfortable if she was closer to the 40th, so it's now my mission to fatten her up a bit ;) And she's standing 29 1/2 inches tall. The doctor also validated Aron's "concerns" over Hadley's incredibly wee feet! She made a point of saying how CUTE and little they are, and also mentioned that she might be a late walker as a result...it's going to be hard balancing on those little things! But who knows...15 months is the average walking milestone so we've got 3 months before we're officially a late walker, and mom's got some more time before she has to chase Hadley everywhere!
